About the Role:

Eden Center For Integrative Care in Glens Falls, NY is looking for a passionate and experienced RN to help lead our dedicated Correctional Clinical Team. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient care

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and team performance

Coordinate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary clinical teams and Correctional Staff

Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulatory standards

Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and nursing department workflows

Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing staff education and training

Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate across all levels of care

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of New York (required)

Healthcare management degree preferred

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, Correctional experience preferred

Prior nursing management or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

CPR/BLS certification required

About Us:

The Eden Center contracts with Washingotn County Correctional Facility for medical staff. All staff are employed by the Eden Care Center.
