What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified leads to recommend the best life insurance options
- Work in-office Monday through Friday
- Deliver excellent service and consistent follow-up
- Take advantage of ongoing training, mentorship, and career coaching
What You’ll Get
- Choose your comp plan : steady base pay plus commission, or a high-commission structure with overrides

Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (Arizona or reciprocal state)
- Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated to grow
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a strong plus
