Job Details Work schedule: Monday through Friday, first shift, with flexible start times as early as 6 am. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Apply protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces of commercial and industrial buildings. Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or sandblasting; fill cracks and holes; mix and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Potentially apply specialty finishes or use custom techniques. Set up ladders or scaffolding, follow all safety procedures, and wear proper protective gear including respirators, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin; occasional overnight travel may be required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Ability to read basic instructions and blueprints, perform simple math, and solve on-site challenges. Comfort working at heights and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as needed. Preferred: 1–3 years of industrial or commercial painting experience, but training motivated candidates is available.
