Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high‑quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a long‑term care facility.

2. Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and execute care plans per protocols and physician instructions.

3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate changes, and update documentation accurately.

4. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and confidentiality standards, including documentation and reporting procedures.

5. Execute patient mobility, medication administration, and hygiene needs, prioritizing comfort and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.

• BLS certification.

• COVID‑19 vaccination required.

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Long Term Care or Geriatric nursing.

• Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS certification
