CRF Registered Nurse1700 EDUCATION AVE - PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950OverviewSalary Range $34.70 - $41.11 Hourly Position Type Part Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Travel Percentage Negligible Category NurseDescriptionType: PRN (as needed) shifts availablePosition summary:Provide nursing care consistent with licensing standards to patients admitted to the Central Receiving Facility (CRF) under the Baker (mental health) or Marchman (substance use) Act.Assess patient for medical and behavioral health needs.Understand and execute admission, treatment, seclusion and restraint, and discharge orders.Provide medical care in response to physician orders and treatment plan.Checks, records, or arranges the completion of vital signs, as appropriate. Follows-up with individual served when vital signs are outside normal parameters.Provide medical and/or behavioral health education and information to individuals served.Maintain comprehensive records in the electronic medical record (EMR).
