Body Shop Receptionist

Job PostingHeritage Body Shop is busy and we need to add a customer-centric team member to provide high-level customer support to our customers. We are looking for a full-time receptionist, and this role has great potential for advancement from within. Body Shop receptionists often have opportunities to advance to Estimator roles within the organization.Experience Everything MileOne has to Offer:Schedule of 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.$15.00 - $17.00 per hourGreat opportunities for advancementPositive, success-driven work environmentThe Body Shop Receptionist receives callers at the collision center, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. In addition, this person routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.Essential Duties:Answers incoming phone callsCommunicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerTypes memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsAssists with clerical duties as requestedQualifications:Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAutomotive Dealership or Collision Center experienceAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to write simple correspondenceBasic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skillsMileOne Employee Advantage includes health and financial benefits, and training and mentoring.
