RN - Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Habilitation Nurse Duration: Contract - 45 days Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience working with individuals in home health, hospice, long-term care, or case management. License: Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the Client, active and in good standing without restrictions. Certifications: Additional training or certification in behavioral health, complex medical conditions, or nursing case management preferred. Must-Have: Excellent communication skills, including advanced abilities in explaining complex information. Proficiency in Google Office, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
