Estimator - Building Envelope Restoration

As part of their continued expansion in Atlanta market , they are seeking an experienced Estimator to support a growing portfolio of restoration and rehabilitation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects while collaborating with an experienced team of industry professionals. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for exterior restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and building envelope projects Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents Perform quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost analyses Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project handoff Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Track market conditions and pricing trends to ensure competitive bids Preferred Background 3+ years of estimating experience within exterior restoration, building envelope, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, or commercial construction Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials Experience performing quantity take-offs and preparing detailed project estimates Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
