Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: North Austin (Remote after 1 week onsite training) MUST BE IN AUSTIN
Pay: $17/hour
Duration: Contract (project-based)
Start Date: September 24th!
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM (Monday–Friday)
2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
This role focuses on customer support for conferences and events.
Responsibilities include:
Registering attendees for conferences
Booking hotel reservations
Updating attendee profiles
Answering questions via phone, email, and live chat
Requirements:
Must live within a 20-mile radius of North Austin, TX
Previous work-from-home experience
High-speed internet
Ability to attend one week of onsite training
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Qualified candidates are subject to I-9, E-Verify, and criminal background checks.
