Senior Manager, Global Inventory and Cost Accounting

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Manager to support its Finance Operations team in scaling global inventory and cost accounting processes. The role involves managing standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, ERP system development, and cross-functional collaboration within a commercial oncology organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze standard cost accounting records for commercial supply chain inventory
- Support standard costing for new product introductions in US and international markets
- Lead continuous improvements to cost accounting models and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure proper inventory valuation on balance sheet including variance treatment and reserve establishment
- Manage inventory master data, analyze transactions, and reconcile perpetual accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of experience with standard costing and internal or outsourced manufacturing
- Advanced Excel proficiency for financial analysis and variance modeling
- Deep knowledge of ERP system functionality and operational accounting flows
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Biopharma industry experience preferred
