What You'll Do

• Utilize our exclusive platform along with your network to locate potential healthcare candidates
• Engage with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and ease their hiring journey
• Keep precise and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your referrals

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You'll Be Paid

This role is commission-based, allowing for unlimited earning potential and success without limitations.
