Your Responsibilities

• Engage potential candidates in discussions about MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and streamline the hiring experience
• Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
