• Keeping the dialogue going through follow-ups, bolstering ongoing interest, and supporting candidates throughout their hiring journey.
• Maintaining precise records in our applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and engagement.
• Earning commission tied directly to your success in setting meetings, conducting interviews, and facilitating hires.
