B2B Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Suffolk County. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. We are looking for self-starters with a hunter’s mentality, who are motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Compensation package includes generous base salary, car & phone allowance and a rewarding commission/bonus plan. Responsibilities Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals. Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process. Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales. Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information. Requirements Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role Demonstrated success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the field Strong organizational skills and experience managing territories Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Ability to lead client meetings and effectively communicate our service offerings Team player who can collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus City Wide Facility Solutions has a national sales network with a strong tradition of mentorship and coaching.
