What You'll Do

• Provide advanced post-anesthesia patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment
• Assess patient condition, vital signs, and recovery status for safe discharge
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress and care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Support patient and family education related to post-op care and recovery
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols, including exposure precautions
• Demonstrate leadership in team settings and delegate appropriately to licensed/certified staff

What You Need
Required:

• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (current)
• Minimum 2 years of PACU or critical care experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical software
• Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or higher
• Certification in a relevant clinical specialty
