Key Responsibilities for the Budget Manager:
- Lead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage budgets across 60+ grants and contracts
- Oversee OTPS and payroll allocations across programs
- Supervise and develop fiscal staff, including analysts
- Prepare and submit CFR and funder reports
- Partner with funders to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy
Qualifications for the Budget Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in organizational budgeting
- Strong experience managing multi-grant budgets and CFR reporting
- Prior team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
