Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and tax information. Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with wage laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Prepare payroll reports and support month‑end and year‑end processes. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and coordinate with HR and Finance as needed. Qualifications For a Payroll Specialist Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of payroll processing experience. Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
