Shift Lead
As a Shift Leader at Captain D's Ocala, you'll guide the team during your assigned shift and help maintain a positive, guest-focused environment. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you're responsible for ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations. This is a leadership role ideal for those 18+ with great communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and uphold Captain D's values and service standards
- Ensure food quality and safety procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
- Assist with cash handling and basic admin tasks
- Motivate team members and support their development
Schedule: Varies; includes nights, weekends, holidays
