The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal producer involvement. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage the renewal cycle for small to medium-sized group accounts (2-200 lives) with minimal producer involvement. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services. Qualifications/Requirements Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the employee benefits field. Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
