Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter – Beyond Home Health Care Beyond Home Health Care is an IDD services provider that pairs Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and therapists with individuals to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. The Role We're looking for an organized, people‑oriented Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to grow our team and ensure every individual we serve is matched with the right support staff. You'll own the full recruitment process while managing day‑to‑day staffing assignments. What You'll Do Source, screen, and hire DSPs and therapists through job boards, referrals, and community outreach Match staff with individuals based on needs, preferences, and compatibility Coordinate schedules and fill coverage gaps quickly and efficiently Partner with case managers, supervisors, and families to evaluate staff placements Support onboarding and help drive staff retention What We're Looking For 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience; healthcare or human services preferred Familiarity with IDD services and DSP roles is a strong plus Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care Perks Competitive pay Health insurance PTO & holidays Mission‑driven team culture Beyond Home Health Care is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beyond Home Health Care
