Who We’re Looking For: Digital Mass is adding Salesforce Developers to our growing team. We are looking for an excellent Full-Stack Developer who we can show the Salesforce way. This position services client projects to ensure the technical needs meet expectations. As part of the development group that serves a client, a Salesforce Developer will share development knowledge with all team members and work with teammates on large enterprise engagements. Excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong desire to learn Salesforce are essential. What You’ll Do: Program, test and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming Salesforce.com custom components. Expand your knowledge of technical and functional design requirements Design, code, test, and document technical solutions. Demonstrate an ability to cooperate with a variety of people Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently delivering high-quality services Prioritize multiple tasks effectively Requirements What You’ll Need: 2-4 years of experience with: Object-oriented programming language experience (such as Java, C#, etc.) Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL. Experience developing using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, NextJS, jQuery, Salesforce Lightning Experience, etc.) Experience with front end development tooling including HTML and CSS What Will Set You Apart: Hands on Salesforce experience in a professional environment Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies Proven ability to solve challenging problems and manage context switching #J-18808-Ljbffr
