We seek a full-time Nurse Practitioner with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certification to join our team.In this role, you will manage an independent patient caseload with full autonomy in clinical decision-making. Your focus will be on wellness promotion, disease prevention, patient education, and culturally responsive care tailored to our diverse community. You'll conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Procedural responsibilities include IUD placement and Nexplanon insertion. You'll provide health education to patients and families, maintain thorough EMR documentation, and contribute to a patient-centered care model.### Required Qualifications* MSN or DNP degree from an accredited nursing program* Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license* Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Illinois* National board certification: ANCC or AANPCB for FNP; National Certification Corporation (NCC) for WHNP* Current BLS certification* Illinois Controlled Substance License* DEA registration* Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)### Preferred Qualifications* Full Practice Authority authorization in Illinois* At least one year of clinical practice experience* Bilingual ability in Spanish or Arabic### Compensation and Benefits$100,000–$120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including $1,500 annual professional development stipend, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, and continuing medical education (CME) support.### Apply for this roleApply on Company Website →Closes 4 August 2026
