Business Development Executive Sales

The Business Development Executive will support the sales and marketing team in new client acquisition and revenue growth strategies. This role requires a keen interest in market dynamics, sales processes, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound channels. Responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities/leads over the phone and via email. Lead generation with online platforms other than bidding portals. Source new Leads through outbound calls, messages and follow-up with the prospects. Understand client needs and requirements, communication and closure with the help of presales and the technical team. Research accounts, recognise key players and decision makers in a targeted organisation. Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills are a must (Verbal and Written). Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline. Enthusiasm for technology and software solutions. Innovative thinker with a knack for problem‑solving. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. This position typically operates in an office environment but may involve some travel to client sites or industry conferences.
