Case Manager - Young Children Ages 3-6

Case Management Supervisor Responsibilities Responsible for the full range of case management duties, including intensive case management and high levels of expertise. Implements clients’ service plans. Supports young children (ages 3‑6) by assisting Intake with determining Lanterman eligibility for children under “Provisional Eligibility” criteria prior to turning 5. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Master’s degree in a field related to developmental disabilities. Or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (social work, psychology, counseling, special education, nursing) with three years of employment in a related field. Minimum education cannot be waived. Job Type Full‑time. Schedule 8‑hour shift. Day shift. Monday to Friday. Pay Range $62,244 – $65,388 per year. Benefits CalPERS Retirement Plan.
