Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and implementing speech and language interventions for children K-12
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for educational collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely and thorough records in accordance with legal and district standards
• Provide consultation and training for educational staff and caregivers
