The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs, and handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with accuracy. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area. Answer incoming calls and provide information or assistance as needed. Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
