We're looking for 3 experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join a growing team working on large-scale site development projects in the Lincoln and Omaha areas. If you take pride in precise grading, productive days in the seat, and working safely, this is an opportunity to get on a high-profile project with steady hours and plenty of work ahead.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate dozers, excavators, and loaders for mass excavation and earthmoving activities

• Perform grading and land leveling according to site plans and specifications

• Move and load material to support efficient project progress

• Complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance

• Maintain a safe, productive work area and follow all jobsite safety requirements

• Work independently while contributing to overall project goals

✅ What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

• Experience operating dozers, excavators, and loaders

• Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and earthwork practices

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Dependable attendance and a strong safety mindset

• Experience operating track hoes

• Previous work on large excavation or site development projects

• Strong production-focused work ethic

• Ability to manage repetitive earthmoving tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
