This internship is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting live M&A transactions. Interns work directly with senior bankers and gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle. Responsibilities Support live M&A transactions from initial outreach through closing Assist in preparing pitch materials, CIMs, and buyer lists Conduct market and buyer research across private equity and strategic acquirers Build and update financial models and forecasts Analyze revenue, cost structure, and EBITDA performance Help manage data rooms and diligence requests Track deal activity, outreach, and timelines Work with internal tools to organize and interpret financial data Qualifications Undergraduate (junior/senior) or graduate student Strong interest in investment banking, private equity, or healthcare Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Clear, professional communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines What You Will Gain Exposure to real M&A transactions Experience building financial models and valuation materials Direct interaction with senior bankers Insight into the home-based care sector Practical understanding of deal execution Details Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 8-12 weeks Compensation: Paid Hourly Bottom Line This is a deal-focused internship.
