Investment Analyst

Job Title: Investment Analyst Advanced (>6 years) Location: Jersey City, NJ or Brooklyn, NY(Onsite) Duration: Contract - 12 months Notes: Applicants must work on W2 (No C2C & 1099) We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst with 6+ years of Investment Banking Operations experience and strong expertise in derivatives operations . This role offers the opportunity to support a leading financial institution by managing investor transactions, client reporting, fund operations, and investor relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process investor transactions, trade bookings, and fund activity accurately. Prepare and review investor reports, holding statements, and regulatory reports. Manage investor inquiries and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure audit readiness and operational accuracy. Support NAV processing, capital activity, and investor lifecycle documentation. Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational controls. Required Qualifications: 3 to 6+ years of Investment Banking (IB) Operations experience. 2+ years of derivatives operations experience. Strong knowledge of Credit Default Swaps (CDS) and credit spread products. Experience with trade/transaction processing, fund accounting, and investor reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hedge fund operations or alternative investments. Background in Transfer Agency or Investor Services. Experience working in large financial institutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
