Program Overview PGIM’s Private Credit Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week internship (June7–August13,2027) that provides interns with exposure to private capital market investing across Corporate Finance, Real Assets, Alternatives, Workouts/Restructuring, and Loan Sourcing/Syndication teams. Program Locations Newark, NJ; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; LosAngeles, CA; SanFrancisco, CA; Minneapolis, MN Program Dates Monday, June7,2027 – Friday, August13,2027 Responsibilities Conduct industry and company research Create financial models Write investment recommendations Conduct portfolio and credit monitoring Prepare marketing materials Qualifications Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or a 5th‑year master’s program, graduating between December2027 and May2028 Minimum GPA of 3.0 Strong analytical and writing skills Preferred candidates have demonstrated experience/interest in financial markets Must possess U.S. employment authorization; PGIM does not sponsor visas Compensation & Benefits Hourly salary range: $35.00–$40.00, varying by location, experience, and skill set. The role may also provide additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to program rules.
