This role requires a proactive approach to maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for various IT roles, such as application development, business systems analysis, and network administration.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the single point of contact for staffing requests, scheduling, billing, and contract compliance.Maintain a candidate pipeline for roles such as application development, database administration, and technical support.Review technical resumes to spot real skill matches and confirm English proficiency where required.Coordinate background checks, financial checks, drug screening, and fingerprinting as needed.Manage fill-rate deadlines and replacement timelines for technical roles.Own the Work Order process, coordinating requirements with the client.Produce utilization and staffing reports using IT workforce reporting systems.Stay current on IT hiring trends and in-demand skills.RequirementsExperience supporting government or public sector clients.Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including background screening and drug testing coordination.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Account management experience within an IT staffing or technical workforce solutions firm.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or staffing platforms used for technical placements.US Citizen only.PreferencesFamiliarity with government procurement or contracting processes.If you are ready to take on this challenge and contribute to a meaningful cause, we invite you to apply today.
