We combine system design with practical testing to ensure performance and reliability. The Mission Capability Verification Center within Systems Integration and Test is searching for a qualified Engineering Technician to support program test operations at White Sands Missile Range, NM. Primary tasks include general support, equipment movement, site establishment and sustainment locally on WSMR and multiple testing locations globally. The candidate will collaborate with several program teams to support multiple needs and efforts to achieve timely execution and completion of established goals, as well as support general facility maintenance. The role is onsite at WSMR in White Sands, NM and may require weekend or holiday work and extended hours. What You Will Do Support mission execution test events for radars or missile flight tests, which may include travel to various sites on range Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks Provide support in a field‑testing environment Logistics for site support/movement coordination Drive company and DOT vehicles General facility maintenance Support to MCVC as needed outside of primary duties Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree (or other 2‑year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience Experience collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve common goals Qualifications We Prefer Ability to analyze and solve problems in real time Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class “A” Machining background and knowledge Welding background and knowledge Additive manufacturing experience Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and proper storage of chemicals Ability to work across different domains and disciplines Ability to independently prioritize work in alignment with schedule and budget What We Offer Relocation eligible. Salary range: $60,000 - $114,000 USD.
