Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems preferred.
• Client requires ability to manage typical SNF caseloads and provide restorative care.

• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8.
