Schedule: Monday-Friday (5AM-1:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt ABOUT THE ROLE The Warehouse Associate II - receiving associate is responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse. They maintain an organized workstation to assist with streamlining products to their final destinations within our automated system. They may assist with training of new hires, deliver and receive product from the conveyor systems, interface with customers, process received goods, replenish product within the automated picking system, fulfill customer orders, and review and pack the orders to verify accuracy and ensure that the product meets shipping standards. WHAT YOU WILL DO Operate all material handling equipment needed to perform primary role (order picker cart). Perform and complete daily safety inspections checklist for all equipment used. Effectively utilize/operate and navigate the data collection equipment used in the department (RF scanners, tablets, etc.). Perform discrepancy counts, recounts and user‑created cycle counts as assigned and directed. Unload/Load trailers. Provide assistance support to all other functions within the department such as case pick, restock, transfer, pulling, staging and checking. Maintain or exceed minimum productivity requirements CPH – count per hour. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and speak English. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery. Must be comfortable using electronic devices. Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation. Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately. Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information. Must be flexible with start and departure time changes. Ability to work overtime when needed. Ability to work independently without close supervision. Responsible for any additional duties assigned. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role – not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery. WORKING ENVIRONMENT Employee must be able to work in a high‑volume, high‑demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels. The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
