divh2Compensation Strategist/h2pIAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Compensation Strategist located in Alpharetta, GA, Naperville, Illinois, Rolling Meadows, Illinois or Raleigh, North Carolina./ppThis role plays a key part in managing and enhancing the organizations compensation programs. The individual will be responsible for administering and communicating compensation initiatives while providing subject matter expertise across multiple areas, including salary structure design and maintenance, base and variable pay administration, market survey participation, and job pricing. Additional responsibilities include conducting job analysis and evaluation, managing compensation systems, and delivering analytical insights to support strategic HR decisions./ppThe position also serves as a project lead for various compensation initiatives and is expected to research and apply best practices from the external market. Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically while effectively executing tactical responsibilities./ppThis role works a hybrid schedule Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliParticipates in salary and benefit surveys and annually updates job specific market rates in accordance with the Companys market pricing strategy./liliPerforms job evaluation and market pricing for new jobs and annually for existing jobs./liliAssists in the development of compensation budgets.
