That's where you come in. As Maintenance Manager, you'll own the reliability and performance of two manufacturing facilities in the New Berlin/Brookfield area. Join a company in true growth mode — your impact will be visible and lasting Lead across two facilities with room to build the maintenance function your way Work alongside a leadership team that sees maintenance as a strategic advantage, not just a cost center Competitive compensation, a collaborative culture, and the satisfaction of working somewhere genuinely innovating Responsibilities Lead and develop a growing team of maintenance technicians — setting expectations, mentoring talent, and creating a culture where people take ownership of their work Drive reliability by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems for two sites Build and manage programs — from TPM initiatives and PM schedules to spare parts inventory and vendor contracts Keep things moving by coordinating maintenance projects, managing budgets, and ensuring work is completed on time and to standard Be the standard-bearer for safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance across both facilities Roll up your sleeves when it counts — this team leads from the front Required Qualifications 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years leading a team Hands‑on experience implementing or managing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) — this is a must Preferred experience includes a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or hands‑on job experience CMRP, CPMM, or similar certification is a strong plus Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details Strong communicator who can translate technical issues for non‑technical stakeholders and motivate a team on a tight deadline A problem‑solver at heart — you don't wait for things to break; you build systems that prevent it #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirebridge
