Come join us! Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Driving to and from job sites. Collection of samples. Observations. Perform quality assurance tests. Preparation and submission of daily reports. Interaction with clients, contractors and other design professionals. Minimum requirements: 3+ years experience working in the construction industry. Experience reading and comprehending plans, specifications and test procedures. Working knowledge of concrete, soils, base and asphalt pavements. Highway or building construction experience and a proven history of working well with contractors and owners to accomplish construction tasks is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to complete electronic reports us an on-line database system in the field on a daily basis. Technical requirements: Currently have or able to obtain or already have Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I. Currently have or able to obtain SB-102 and HMAC 1B Certifications. Any other certifications are a plus (i.e. SB101, SB102, ACI-Strength, 1A, 1B). Other miscellaneous qualities: Ability to travel 20% of the time. Ability to obtain missing certification within 6 month of hire. Ability to use and navigate SiteManager is a plus.
