Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position located in the area. This role involves providing respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and levels of acuity, including Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The position requires critical care ventilator skills and neonatal and pediatric experience, and offers the possibility of traveler housing options nearby.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Work 3-12-hour night shifts, rotating call and weekends. Shift hours are 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA), NBRC RRT certification, completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program, at least 5 years of RT experience, Neonatal and Pediatric experience including Level 2 NICU, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, and flu vaccination (mandatory from October 1st through April 1st).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with critical care ventilation, neonatal, and pediatric respiratory procedures.
• Additional Information:
  • Traveler housing may be available, including remodeled studio or one-bedroom apartments located close to the facility.
  • Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
  • Agencies must register in the statewide system if out of state, and ensure accurate SS# and DOB in the system.
  • Position urgency classified as normal.
