What You'll Do:

Deliver patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process within state and professional standards
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans accordingly
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate outcomes and suggest improvements
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

What You Need:

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
2+ years of nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Certification in a specialty area (e.g., telemetry, critical care)
