- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support departmental and organizational goals through quality improvement initiatives
- Required:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in hospital or telemetry units
- Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical software
- Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills
- Preferred:
- Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
