Position Responsibilities:Oversight of labor planning, forecasting, staffing and resource planningResponsible for ensuring process consistency across all Business AreasCost account management and EAC analysis using Earned Value ManagementRisk/issues/ops management including identification, mitigation planning and executionChange management & labor estimatingSupplier Management Team IntegrationMaterial forecasting and financial integration across the enterpriseBriefing Program Leadership on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.Cross functional coordination with all functions within GSCBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR a Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement,Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projectsAerospace & Defense (A&D) experienceCost Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management (EVM) experienceAt minimum, an active U.S. Government Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needsPreferred Qualifications:Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholdersDemonstrated experience developing and growing teams and shaping a performing cultureDemonstrated success in managing large, complex programs and/or organizationsExperience briefing executive-level audiencesSolid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicatorsPrimary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
