Job Description

UniversaCare is hiring a personal care assistant to care for clients in New Haven County. You'll work out of our UniversaCare of Connecticut - Hamden office at 119 Sanford Street, 2nd Floor, Hamden, CT 06514.

Pay: $16.94 to $25 per hour.

Schedule: Part-time and full-time.

What you'll do:

Help clients at home with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Prepare meals and do light housekeeping and laundry
Run errands and go with clients to appointments
Follow each client's care plan and report changes to the office

What you need:

Caregiving experience is preferred
Eligibility to work in the United States
Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role
