Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Retirement Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options. In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you will learn each prospective resident’s needs, explain community services and living options, coordinate personalized tours, and guide families through the decision-making process with compassion and integrity. Build trusted relationships, follow up with prospective residents, maintain accurate lead and sales activity records, and collaborate with community teams to support a welcoming experience. Bring strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, along with an interest in improving seniors’ quality of life. Join a collaborative team with opportunities to grow across senior living, healthcare, and hospitality operations.
