15% shift differential Pay Competitive pay based on experience, plus weekend shift differentials. What You'll Do Assemble scroll compressors, vacuum pumps, and expanders following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Work independently and within team-based assembly cells to meet production goals. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Support inventory activities, including annual physical inventory counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, workflow, and organization. Qualifications 1-5 years of mechanical assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. Preferred Experience ISO 9001 or other regulated manufacturing environments. Aerospace, automotive, medical device, or precision manufacturing experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
