Join a highly regarded, fee-for-service specialty practice that has been serving patients throughout Northern Utah for nearly 20 years. With  more than 1,000 five-star Google reviews , the practice has built an exceptional reputation for advanced periodontal and implant care.

You will step into an established referral base with strong patient demand and an experienced clinical and administrative team already in place. This is not a build-from-scratch opportunity. You can inherit a productive schedule and focus on providing excellent clinical care from day one.

The practice is equipped with  cutting-edge periodontal and implant technology and provides a comprehensive range of services, including dental implant placement, periodontal therapy, soft-tissue and bone grafting, crown lengthening, surgical extractions, full-arch treatment, and laser-assisted periodontal therapy.

You’ll have the clinical autonomy to treatment plan and manage cases independently while benefiting from mentorship and collaboration with experienced specialists. The opportunity is appropriate for either an established periodontist or a recent residency graduate.

Compensation and Benefits

• $1,600 daily guarantee or 35%+ of production, whichever is greater
• Current case volume should allow a productive periodontist to exceed the daily guarantee from day one
