Senior Contracts Analyst
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role: Senior Contracts Analyst within Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' legal team, focusing on evaluating, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide array of contracts to support business objectives. Responsibilities: handle high-volume agreement negotiations identify and mitigate contractual risks manage contract data and documentation collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and Procurement to develop balanced contract solutions Requirements: 3+ years in contract negotiation and management strong understanding of contractual terms risk assessment excellent communication, and organizational skills Preferred: Bachelor's in Business or biotech-related field experience in pharma or biotech industries familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems like Agiloft and supporting publicly traded companies High-Value: biotech industry contract lifecycle management risk mitigation cross-functional stakeholder collaboration Work Setup: full-time, onsite in Pasadena, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
