Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist , you'll work closely with customers to help resolve outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships. The ideal Collections Specialist is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This Collections Specialist role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the financial success of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate account records
- Monitor aging reports and past-due balances
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
What We're Looking For
- Previous collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and dependable
