Must be authorized to work inthe United States without sponsorship. Duties And Responsibilities Match invoices to receivers/packing lists/ prices. Key vendor invoices into ERP system. Check and research credit memos. Match invoices to receivers/packing lists/prices. Process expense reports and driver invoices. Research questionable invoices and obtain approvals. Prepare weekly ACH and check payments. Answer vendor questions. Maintain vendor files. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Qualifications/Training Must be able to effectively operate Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook Prior experience at a manufacturing company is beneficial Ten-key by touch Prior ERP experience preferred. Ability to independently. Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. Excellent organizational and management skills with a strong attention to detail.
