Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience — no exceptions
High-acuity/high-volume experience: At least 2 years required
Prefer candidates with 5 years of high-risk L&D experience
Candidates with 3+ years may be considered if they have strong high-risk experience
First-time travelers accepted
Active Compact RN license
Float is required
May float to:
- Postpartum
- Antepartum
- Sister facilities providing Mother/Baby services
Certifications
Required:
- BLS
- NRP
Preferred:
- ACLS
Mandatory Clinical Skills — HARD STOPS
