What You'll Be Doing

Develop and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and funding opportunities
Research industry trends, company developments, and emerging partnership opportunities
Create proposals, sponsorship packages, grant submissions, and executive presentations
Manage partnership activities from prospecting through stewardship, reporting, and reconciliation
Maintain Salesforce records, reporting systems, and partnership documentation
Support conference planning and partner engagement activities

About You

5+ years of partnership development, business development, fundraising, or account management experience
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or nonprofit organizations required
Strong project management and relationship-building skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and proposal-writing abilities
